~ 6:30-8pm Alignment-based hatha Yoga at Southfield Village, 6450 Miami Circle, South Bend 46614 (corner Kern & Miami) five classes/$40; good anytime or drop-in $10. 574-231-1000 - all levels welcome! Please arrive scent-free and bring any props you like to use, including at least one blanket. 1st Monday each month we practice a blend of Gentle and Restorative Yoga.

~ Noon-12:50: IUSB* meet in SAC 574-520-4100 (continues during the summer academic calendar)
~ Yoga Therapy Specialty Class: Gentle, Mindful, & Restorative Yoga for Stress Reduction. Six Tuesdays 5:30-6:45 at Sacred Waters; starts October 1st. Some sitting, mostly lying down, this class incorporates gentle stretches, restorative poses, pranayama, meditation, & a long savasana to quiet the mind and relax the body. Many of the techniques taught for help with stress, anxiety & depression can be used in everyday life outside of class. $70/6 or $15 drop-in. * IUSB Tuesday class requires university affiliation to participate and both classes follow academic schedule. Friday class is open to the public; $10/class. Look for metered or street parking, or pay to park in university lots at parking dept. in admin bldg.
